Products & services
Decoral
Decoral is a sublimation finishing process that provides a realistic timber grain appearance to powder coated aluminium profiles. Sublimination has several significant advantages over timber: ✅ Aluminium can be infinitely recycled and is ideally suited for a circular economy ✅ Maintenance is limited to periodical cleaning ✅ Aluminium profiles do not warp, twist or rot ✅ Finishes are A2 -s1, d0 rated ✅ Profile lengths up to 7.2m possible
Anodising
AMS operate a fully automated anodising process that guarantees efficiency and consistent results. Computer controlled cranes navigate the product through the production line, ensuring precision at every stage. Certified by Qualanod, AMS are able to offer coating thickness ranging from 5-25 microns with colours ranging from Silver, Champagne, Light Bronze, Medium Bronze, Dark Bronze, and Black.
Powder Coating
AMS are Qualicoat Seaside Approved and operate vertical and horizontal paint lines. AMS are approved by all the major powder suppliers and can provide a wide range of architectural polyester powder coated finishes.
Extrusions
AMS operate 3 extrusion presses, with a 4th under construction. Current capacity exceeds 300 tons of extrusion per week. AMS offer a range of alloys in the 6000 series with options for low CO2e content billet that is achieved by utilising renewable energy and post consumer recycled aluminium.
Profile Fabrication
AMS are able to undertake bespoke CNC work on aluminium extrusions within a purpose built 10,000 m2 fabrication facility. The facility includes a Hurco CNC 4-axis-milling machines, Emmegi Quadra Cutting & Machining Centre's, Emmegi Phantomatic Machining Centre's and Emmegi Comet Machining Centre's.

AMS’ precision sheet metal department boasts a diverse array of capabilities. Our highly skilled sheet metal team employs state-of-the-art machinery to craft an extensive range of components, including pressings, flashings, head cappings, and insulated glazing panels. Furthermore, we are dedicated to meeting bespoke requirements with precision and expertise.
