Emerus is European aluminium extruder headquartered in Široki Brijeg (BiH) with sales hubs in Zagreb, Šibenik and Novi Sad. Over the past 15 years we have grown into a 20 000 t-per-year operation that exports 85 % of its output across the EU and UK.

We run on 100 % renewable electricity, powered by a 1 MW rooftop solar plant, energy-saving hydraulics (-25 % kWh) and full in-house scrap recycling. When you need ultra-low-carbon billets, we can supply alloys containing up to 75 % post-consumer aluminium.

PK150tt – High-Performance Sliding System
Panoramic aluminium slider for XXL glazing. We extrude frames that take sashes up to 3.2 m x 3.2 m (≤ 400 kg) while a 34 mm thermal break keeps Uw < 1.0 W/m²K. Low threshold, concealed drainage and RC2 security come as standard, with optional motorised opening. Ideal for passive-house facades that demand silent, butter-smooth operation and minimal sight-lines.
E90tt – Concealed-Sash Entrance Door
Our flagship 90 mm door system with a fully hidden leaf for a flush, monolithic look. A patented dual-part polyamide insulator prevents panel warping, delivering Uf to 0.79 W/m²K and class-leading air-/water-tightness. Triple EPDM/TPV gaskets, barrier-free sill, RC3-ready hardware pockets and smart-lock compatibility turn this design-driven door into a secure, energy-efficient statement piece.
