About us
GMH UK LTD are a steel stockholder and subcontract machinist in Chesterfield.
We are owned by a European Steel mill and can offer a full supply solution to your requirements.
We have around 75 – 100 tons delivered daily from our mill, we then process the material in the UK and deliver on our own transport in machined parts or cuts pieces as required.
As a steel stockholder we stock carbon and alloy round bar from 25mm Dia to 300mm Dia and can cut in to billet or bar feed lengths to suit your requirements. Please see attached file.
We operate 3 carbide circular saws with manual packing up to 150mm diameter.

Steel Bars
GMH Gruppe, can produce and supply over 500 different grades of steel, in various conditions, lengths and bundle weights. Stocking option here in the UK for easy call off and delivery when needed.
UK Stockholding and Processing
Capacity to hold approx 3000 tonnes of material. In our Chesterfield warehouse. Capability to offer uniform cutting upto 500mm diameter, packed into our own rotational packaging. Delivered to the customer on our own transport.
Various Grades, Conditions and Finishes
20 - 125mm Dia Engineering Round bar. Black, Peeled and polished. QT, Annealed, Normalised and As Rolled. Produced at our own mill in Germany
Machining Services
GMH UK have 3 sliding head CNC’s, capable of machining from 10mm stock bar upto 40mm. Twin spindle for dual part processing. Uniform packing utilizing our rotational packaging, delivered to customer on our own transport.
