Abrasive Sanding Belts/Discs
At Joysun, we supply a large selection of abrasive sanding belts and discs made from high performance of alumina, zirconia, ceramic alumina, silicon carbide grains. These abrasive surfaces are combined with our highly flexible F, J, X and Y-weight polyester backing materials. These backing materials feature high resistance to tearing. Available in a wide variety of dimensions and grits, the abrasive belts/discs are suitable with portable file grinders, belt sanders, stationary belt machines, and many more. The belts are suitable for light and heavy-duty operations for high stock removal, grinding, sanding, deburring, blending, finishing and polishing on a large range of metals, woods, paints, and many others.
Non-Woven Satin Finish Drums
Joysun non-woven satin finish drums are a high quality surface finishing tools that are produced with a built-in plastic bushing core with a keyhole or quick change thread arbor for quick tool changing. All of the products are made using non-woven abrasive flaps that feature premium quality alumina oxide grains. These drums are outstanding when used with satin finishing machines and they have a wonderful balance of flexibility and strength. They are recommended for polishing large flat surfaces made from stainless steel, high tensile alloys, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, glass, plastics, marble and stone.

Flanged Flap Wheels
Joysun has a series of flanged flap wheels that are sure to meet all of your grinding and finishing needs. Joysun unmounted-flanged flap wheels have been designed and constructed using a built-in flange construction in a special U shape. The flexible X-weight or J-Wight abrasive cloth flaps feature a special fan shaped configuration bonded to the structure with phonic epoxy. Joysun flanged flap wheels are specially engineered for achieving higher stock removal and fine surface finishes when grinding workpieces with contours and hard to reach spots. This makes the flanged flap wheel perfect for processing valves, fittings, dies, molds, etc. The steel flanged construction and abrasive cloth flaps can guarantee a high performance at high speeds during grinding and finishing operations. These flanged flap wheels highly durable and resist premature tool wear, allowing for operation with reduced contact pressure and featuring a cooling lubricant. Joysun flanged flap wheels are universally compatible with various applications from coarse grinding to preparing for polishing on all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, brass, aluminum, plastic, fiberglass, wood and glass.
Mounted Flap Wheels
Mounted Flap Wheels Joysun mounted flap wheel products feature vertically fitted flaps configured into a fan shape by the way of bonding a high quality flexible abrasive cloth with a two component phonic epoxy. These mounted flap wheels are produced to achieve a higher level of grinding effectiveness with improved stock removal effects for a finer surface finish. The mounted abrasive flap wheels are perfect for grinding small contours and hard to reach surfaces on workpieces such as valves, fittings, dies and molds. Thanks to their flexibility and uniform wear rate of the abrasive aluminum oxide cloth, Joysun mounted flap wheels can offer superior performance at peripheral grinding speeds and these mounted flap wheels are universally suited for applications that require coarse grinding in preparation for polishing of all ferrous and non-ferrous materials, including stainless steel, iron, brass, aluminum, plastic, fiberglass, wood and glass.
Depressed Center Strip-it Discs
Joysun Depressed center cleaning discs are intelligently manufactured with extruded nylon fibers, flexible resin technology and extra-coarse silicon carbide material that is able to provide aggressive abrasive performance. They consistently outperform traditional coated abrasives and provide a unique combination of performance and long working lifetime. These products are ideal for removing coatings, surface rust, light weld splatter and other unwanted contaminants.

Synthetic Felt Buffing Flap Discs Joysun synthetic felt buffing flap discs are the polishing tool attachments that are constructed by synthetic fiber and cotton fiber. These buffing felts are fitted and arranged in a fan shaped configuration onto a reinforced fiberglass or nylon backing plate with a phenolic resin. The soft buffing flap disc is excellent for polishing and finishing various metals, plastics and stone materials. Surface Finishing Flap Discs Inside the Alumina series of flap discs, Joysun Surface Conditioning flap discs have been designed and manufactured with Scotch Brite non-woven synthetic fiber mesh that is coated with aluminum oxide grains as well as INOX, sulfur and chlorinated filler materials. This type of Surface Conditioning flap discs features its anti-clogging grinding properties by continuously exposing fresh abrasive grains for maximum stock removal effectiveness and efficiency. The flap discs wear away typical surface imperfections and are suitable for surface finishing and maintenance for steel, titanium alloys, non-ferrous metals, plastics, rubber and even wood.
Ceramic Alumina Flap Discs
At Joysun, we utilize an innovative method in producing our industrial grade of Ceramic Alumina flap discs. They are constructed by using a specially designed ceramic alumina grains bonded to a flexible ply-cotton backing cloth. The ceramic alumina grains can provide a self-sharpening action during operation. Joysun Ceramic Alumina flap discs can deliver an aggressive stock removal with the exceptional extended product service life. These flap discs are compatible with high powered angle grinders operated at a steep working angle for typical grinding operations. The ceramic alumina flap discs are utilized for stock removal, edge grinding, seam weld blending, de-burring and surface finishing. They can be used on chromium steels, CrNi steels, high alloyed steel, cat iron, nickel-based alloys, titanium alloys, non-ferrous metals and even high carbide steels.
Zirconium Oxide Flap Discs
Zirconium Oxide Flap Discs Joysun Zirconia flap discs are manufactured with specially designed zirconia alumina grains, sulfur and chlorinated fillers bonded to the flexible backing cloth to form a highly effective abrasive disc for various grinding and sanding uses. These flap discs are very useful thanks to its high stock removal rates even at minimal contact pressures. The flexible, durable abrasive materials provide an incredible grinding efficiency, unique finishing performance and extended useful life. These Zirconia flap discs are suitable for use in the stock removal, edge grinding, weld seam blending, deburring and de-flashing for carbide steel, stainless steel, Inox alloys and many other metals.
