Press Braking
Press braking of stainless steel is a highly efficient and versatile method of metal fabrication, capable of producing strong, corrosion-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing parts. Do you need sheet metal folded up to 4 metres in length? No problem! With 3 CNC press brake machines, including the powerhouse Bystronic Xpert Pro 320, boasting up to 320 tonnes of force, we're equipped to handle projects of any complexity.

Plate Sawing
The KastoBloc U5 is a state-of-the-art plate saw designed for cutting large stainless steel sheets and plates with high precision and speed. It's a horizontal band saw that excels in delivering consistent results on thick materials. The KastoBloc U5 is built to handle large stainless steel plates, cutting through substantial thicknesses while maintaining exceptional accuracy. Its robust design and powerful motor ensure that even the toughest materials are cut efficiently. The hydraulic, electronically monitored blade tension and the pivoting operating panel guarantee the necessary accuracy on all straight cuts with a cutting length from 6M to 2M – offering that essential precision with fine and controlled cuts from billets, plates, rectangular or flat material.

Stainless Steel
We only stock premium quality materials from the most leading and reputable European mills. Rest assured, all plate materials are fully certified and come with full traceability reports and mill test certificates, available as standard. Our extensive stock range boasts over 6,000 tonnes of various Stainless Steel grades in thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm – 150mm, and we are confident in supplying and meeting the requirements for a wide array of industries.

Waterjet Cutting
We are home to the UK’s largest 14M x 4M waterjet cutting machine. We can carry out waterjet cutting on Stainless Steel grades up to 200mm in thickness, offering the highest precision and cutting of complex shapes and contours - with minimal tolerances. One of the most significant advantages of waterjet cutting, especially for stainless steel, is that it is a cold cutting process. This means no heat is generated during cutting, which is crucial when working with stainless steel to preserve its mechanical properties and finish. With waterjet cutting, the integrity of the stainless steel remains intact, and there is no risk of thermal distortion.

Fibre Laser Cutting
Fibre laser cutting is a highly advanced method of cutting materials using a focused, high-powered laser beam generated by an optical fibre. In contrast to traditional CO₂ lasers, which rely on a gas-filled resonator to generate the laser beam, fibre lasers utilize solid-state technology where light is amplified through an optical fibre. This technology results in a more efficient and powerful laser with a much higher intensity, which makes it ideal for cutting metals like stainless steel with exceptional precision.
