Flanged Flap Wheels

Joysun has a series of flanged flap wheels that are sure to meet all of your grinding and finishing needs. Joysun unmounted-flanged flap wheels have been designed and constructed using a built-in flange construction in a special U shape. The flexible X-weight or J-Wight abrasive cloth flaps feature a special fan shaped configuration bonded to the structure with phonic epoxy.

Joysun flanged flap wheels are specially engineered for achieving higher stock removal and fine surface finishes when grinding workpieces with contours and hard to reach spots. This makes the flanged flap wheel perfect for processing valves, fittings, dies, molds, etc.

The steel flanged construction and abrasive cloth flaps can guarantee a high performance at high speeds during grinding and finishing operations. These flanged flap wheels highly durable and resist premature tool wear, allowing for operation with reduced contact pressure and featuring a cooling lubricant.
