Wrightform offers advanced CNC laser cutting services using a combination of TRUMPF TruLaser 3030 and Bystronic fibre laser technology, delivering precision, speed and consistency across a wide range of applications.

Our capability allows us to process everything from intricate sheet metal components to heavy gauge plate, supporting manufacturers, fabricators and OEMs across the UK.

We regularly cut:

Mild steel up to 25mm
Stainless steel up to 25mm
Aluminium up to 12mm
Copper and brass

With sheet sizes up to 3000mm x 1500mm, our machines are designed for both high-volume production and bespoke work.

The addition of the TRUMPF laser enhances our ability to produce detailed, repeatable parts efficiently, while our on-site nitrogen generation ensures clean, high-quality cut edges.

Combined with our in-house forming, levelling and finishing services, Wrightform delivers laser cut components that are ready for downstream manufacturing processes.
