Inside the Alumina series of flap discs, Joysun Surface Conditioning flap discs have been designed and manufactured with Scotch Brite non-woven synthetic fiber mesh that is coated with aluminum oxide grains as well as INOX, sulfur and chlorinated filler materials. This type of Surface Conditioning flap discs features its anti-clogging grinding properties by continuously exposing fresh abrasive grains for maximum stock removal effectiveness and efficiency. The flap discs wear away typical surface imperfections and are suitable for surface finishing and maintenance for steel, titanium alloys, non-ferrous metals, plastics, rubber and even wood.
