The CD66 PID Controller from CD Automation is a compact, easy-to-use solution for precise temperature and process control. Built in a durable 48 × 48 mm (1/16 DIN) format with IP65-rated front protection, it delivers reliable performance in tough industrial environments while remaining simple to operate.

Designed to save time and reduce errors, the CD66 features a bright, clear display and four customizable keys, giving operators fast access to essential functions like auto/manual switching, setpoint selection, and process start or stop. Its flexibility stands out, with inputs for thermocouples, RTDs, voltage, current, and millivolt signals, plus dedicated current transformer monitoring to detect load faults early. Multiple outputs—including solid-state drivers, relays, and analog retransmission—ensure seamless control of heaters, coolers, and other equipment.

Advanced features such as auto-tuning PID control, soft-start protection, and programmable ramp and dwell cycles help optimize process stability, reduce energy waste, and protect sensitive materials.
