Key production processes include profile extrusion (using two presses with thrust capacities of 1800 and 2500 tons), machining (custom sawing, milling, drilling, punching, welding, riveting, screwing, bending, joining, etc.), surface protection (powder coating, anodizing, decoral – wood imitation), thermal break, technical support, and logistics. The Emerus team has developed its own construction systems by listening to market needs and leveraging the advantages of their in-house aluminum profile production.
