About us
Alufem Aluminum operates in the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone with a 50,000 m² covered area, utilizing aluminum extrusion press lines, polishing surface treatment machines, anodizing facilities, electrostatic paint shop, wood veneer, CNC mechanical machining centers, assembly lines, and expert teams, providing customer-focused, fast, and innovative services.
Our company has the capacity to produce over 27,000 tons of aluminum profiles annually in various alloys using T0, T4, T5 and T6 heat treatment processes, with 1100 USTons (5''), 2000 USTons (7'') and 4000 USTons (10'') extrusion press lines.
Our anodizing facility has a capacity of 4,000,000 m²/year and can perform matte, glossy, and satin coating processes up to 7 meters in length. With our tin sulfate and nickel sulfate baths, we can meet coloring demands ranging from very light bronze to black.
Our aluminum wood veneer lamination machine increases production flexibility by allowing for fast and effective color changes. It is designed to provide a durable and reliable wood veneer lamination machine on the surface of aluminum profiles. Through high-quality production and assembly processes, we give our aluminum profiles a wood-look finish.
With our electrostatic vertical and horizontal powder coating facilities, we provide services with a capacity of 20,000 tons/year in all RAL codes and architectural series paints. Our powder coating facility is designed to be completely isolated from external environmental influences, and production is carried out with a fully automated process-controlled booth system.
Our facility's 3 and 4-axis CNC profile machining centers, CNC angled double-head and precision cutting saws, and process-specific machine lines enable us to meticulously and quickly perform the mechanical processing applications required by our customers.
Our R&D center provides design and technical support in line with our customers' requests, working with a focus on maximum quality and customer satisfaction.
As a demonstration of its commitment to the environment and people, the Alufem brand has commissioned the most modern wastewater treatment plant possible under current conditions, with an annual capacity of 132,000 m³.

Anodizing
In our anodizing facility, we are able to perform matte, glossy and satin finish plating up to a length of 7.5 meters with a capacity of 4.000.000 m2/year. With our tin sulfate and nickel sulfate baths, we can meet customers coloring requests ranging from light bronze to black in hardness grades of T0, T4, T5 and T6.
Polishing
High precision polishing in isolated climate controlled rooms, superior quality fot satin and bright finishes.
Purification
As an indication of its understanding that Alufem brand values the environment and people, it has commissioned the most possible modern purification facility in today’s conditions that has an annual capacity of 132.000 m3.

Daily anodizing and coating bath analyses, Qualanod & Qualicoat testing standards.
Vertical Powder Coating Line
Our vertical powder coating facility serves in all RAL codes and architectural coating paints with a capacity of 24.000 ton/year. Our powder coating facility is designed to be isolated from external environmental effects; our production is carried out through a fully automatic process-controlled cabin system.

Wood Finishing Lamination Machine
