PERMENORM 5000 H2

PERMENORM® 5000 H2 is a soft magnetic standard Ni-Fe alloys with about 50 % Ni content, combining both a high saturation induction and high maximum permeabilities. Machined into complex shapes PERMENORM 5000 H2 develops its signifying magnetic properties after final high temperature annealing in protective atmosphere.

No legal obligation to produce and distribute a safety data sheet applies to products that are 'articles' as understood by REACH. The comprehensive information typically contained in a safety data sheets is summarized in the alloy-specific "Information sheets for articles". We expressly point out that these information sheets are voluntarily produced data sheets to which the requirements of the REACH Regulation do not apply. Information sheets are available in two languages (German/English). Information sheets for manufactured articles for the US market are available in English.

VACODUR MAX

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The family of VACODUR® alloys has been developed for more demanding requirements with respect to high strength combined with high saturation. The yield strength can be adjusted by varying the heat treatment temperature. The yield strength of VACODUR Max can be set over a wide range from 150 to 400 MPa. This makes the material especially suitable for applications in electric motors: stator and rotor laminations can be stamped from the same strip to achieve the most efficient use of material before undergoing different heat treatments in order to attain a magnetically optimized stator and a mechanically optimized rotor with defined yield strength. VACODUR 49 offers the highest Saturation for any motor design and is widely used in Aerospace and Racing applications.
