National Accounts Manager (UK – Field Based)

Responsible for growing revenue and margin across our FM/Retail portfolio by building strong partnerships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. Using our Total Solutions Approach and structured sales methodology, you’ll drive performance, develop long-term relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Manage and grow existing national FM/Retail accounts
✔️ Identify and win new business opportunities
✔️ Lead commercial and contractual negotiations
✔️ Support service implementation and ensure SLA compliance
✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across UK and EMEA
✔️ Maintain accurate CRM records and stay on top of industry trends

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience managing key accounts in the cleaning or FM/Retail industry
✅ Strong track record in both account retention and new business development
✅ Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

🔧 Role Overview: Project Manager
The Project Manager will be accountable for:
• Overseeing the implementation and ongoing management of Priority ERP systems for customers
• Collaborating with various customer business units to assess requirements and identify areas for process optimization
• Planning and delivering ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with timeline and budget
• Maintaining proactive and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing both technical and functional support aligned with customer needs
• Tracking performance and executing tasks based on customer-defined KPIs
• Conducting business process analysis, training, and implementation within the ERP system
🏠 Work Environment
• Remote work from home
• On-site presence at customer locations as required

Senior European Regional Sales Manager(m/f/d)

Senior European Regional Sales Manager(m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:
Collect market information and customer information in real time to expand the market.
According to the company’s sales plan, carry out the sales of non-ferrous metals, welding materials, 3D printing materials and parts in the European market, and ensure that the planned task targets are completed on time.
Determine customer needs, participate in negotiations, contract signing and payment collection, and other business matters that need to be handled for customers.
Visit customers regularly, participate in customer business or video conference, timely understand customer needs, promote the signing of sales orders.
Follow up customer payment status in time to ensure timely and accurate payment.
Communicate with production, quality inspection department and warehouse in time, follow up the production schedule and delivery nodes to ensure timely delivery rate.

The CDT in DigitalMetal is an exciting 4-year PhD programme designed to train future leaders equipped with combined expertise in metals and alloy engineering, digital technology, and AI. Led by the University of Leicester, in partnership with the Universities of Birmingham, Loughborough, Nottingham, and Warwick, this CDT focuses on transforming the metals and manufacturing industry using digital technology to enhance agility, productivity, and international competitiveness. As a PhD student, you will engage in cutting-edge research across various themes, collaborate with world-leading industrial partners, and develop a broad foundation in manufacturing management, product development, leadership, and personal development skills. You will be registered with a host university among the five leading institutions throughout your studies and will have equivalent access to a broad range of resources, including courses and training offered by all five universities in the CDT.
