National Accounts Manager (UK – Field Based)

Responsible for growing revenue and margin across our FM/Retail portfolio by building strong partnerships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities. Using our Total Solutions Approach and structured sales methodology, you’ll drive performance, develop long-term relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Be Doing: ✔️ Manage and grow existing national FM/Retail accounts ✔️ Identify and win new business opportunities ✔️ Lead commercial and contractual negotiations ✔️ Support service implementation and ensure SLA compliance ✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams across UK and EMEA ✔️ Maintain accurate CRM records and stay on top of industry trends What We're Looking For: ✅ Proven experience managing key accounts in the cleaning or FM/Retail industry ✅ Strong track record in both account retention and new business development ✅ Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills ✅ Results-driven with a passion for customer success
