Senior European Regional Sales Manager(m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities: Collect market information and customer information in real time to expand the market. According to the company's sales plan, carry out the sales of non-ferrous metals, welding materials, 3D printing materials and parts in the European market, and ensure that the planned task targets are completed on time. Determine customer needs, participate in negotiations, contract signing and payment collection, and other business matters that need to be handled for customers. Visit customers regularly, participate in customer business or video conference, timely understand customer needs, promote the signing of sales orders. Follow up customer payment status in time to ensure timely and accurate payment. Requirements:
Sales experience and networking in titanium alloy, metal materials, aerospace industry are preferred.
Well self-organized and self-driven person.
Bachelor degree or above, major in material, mechanics, chemistry or related are preferred.
Fluent in spoken and written English, preference will be given to those who can speak German or French to native level in addition to English, it’s better to speak some Chinese.
Good communication and negotiation skills, good sense of innovation, team spirit and service awareness.
Good adaptability and ability to work under pressure, strong sense of responsibility and subjective initiative.
