Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Metallurgist to direct material development, quality control, and non-ferrous alloy processing. You will optimize melt chemistry, elevate process yields, and enforce top international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead melting, casting, extrusion, and refining for brass/copper alloys.

Optimize scrap feedstock to lower carbon intensity and ensure high purity.

Implement advanced metallurgy tech to reduce defects and energy use.

Manage QA labs (spectrometry, metallography, tensile testing).

Requirements

Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering.

Experience: 8–12+ years in non-ferrous metal processing (brass, copper, bronze).
