Technical Consultant

STRUMIS develops specialist management software for the steel fabrication industry, supporting businesses from estimating and purchasing through to fabrication, delivery and installation.

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused Technical Consultant to join our team. The role combines software training, implementation, customer support and project management.

You will deliver training on-site and remotely, manage software implementations, understand customer requirements, configure systems and work with our Support and Development teams.

Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and IT skills are essential. Experience with STRUMIS, steel fabrication or software implementation is beneficial.

This is a full-time role with UK and international travel. Benefits include 22 days’ holiday, bank holidays, Christmas and birthday leave, pension, sick pay, hybrid working and onsite parking.
