WM International has made it one of its side-quests to look at how AI can work alongside its team, positively — because, realistically, AI isn't going anywhere any time soon, and the company would rather lean into that change than be left behind by it.Looking at how AI could be implemented into its Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance operational systems was a key focus, to help the team cut down on time spent completing repetitive administrative tasks. By identifying where AI can take on some of that workload, WM International is creating space for its team to concentrate on what matters most: its customers.

After extensive research and careful consideration, WM International is ready to begin introducing AI systems into its operational teams' day-to-day activities this August 2026, with staff receiving full training and support at every stage of the transition.

WM International hopes that this adoption of AI will allow it to maintain the same operational requirements and service, while freeing up time for even better communication, conversations and new business prospects.
