It is well suited to the metal production, inspection and contract laboratory sectors, as well as marine applications, and is particularly ideal for the metal processing industry. The system comes in two models: MERLIN 4 Ultra, with a spectral range of 175–521 nm, and MERLIN 4 Visible, covering 205–521 nm—both of which support calibration for most key elements.
