Our PHI range includes tube end-forming and end-finishing machines, double-flaring machines and specialist tooling for flaring, flanging, beading, squaring and deburring. Designed to prepare tube and pipe ends for joining to other components, these machines help manufacturers achieve accurate, consistent results across demanding applications. Selected models accommodate outside diameters up to 203.2 mm (8 inches), depending on the material, wall thickness and operation.

From lower-volume workshop requirements to higher-production environments, PHI offers machines with manual or pneumatic clamping and a choice of spindle-speed configurations. Its versatile end-finishing machines allow operators to switch between flaring, beading, squaring and deburring simply by changing the tooling. Dedicated double-flaring machines support applications such as automotive brake lines and aircraft hydraulic systems, where connection integrity is essential.
