Sterling Springs, part of the Knight Group, specialises in manufacturing precision springs, pressings, and engineered components for demanding applications.

Our capabilities include custom springs, clips, contacts, precision pressings, wire forms and formed components, alongside sub-assembly and component assembly services. We support projects from initial prototype and pre-production builds through to repeat and mass production.

In-house tooling design and manufacture enables us to develop bespoke tooling to customer specifications, with prototype and low-volume components often produced with minimal or no dedicated tooling. For higher-volume requirements, dedicated progression tooling provides efficient, consistent and repeatable production.

As part of the wider Knight Group, Sterling Springs complements Knight Precision Metals stock and service centres, providing customers with access to both specialist material expertise and established component manufacturing capability within the Group.
