The TSS inspection system is ultrasonic immersion system with fully configurable automated axes and probe normalisation. The system has been designed to offer automated and semi-automated pulse-echo and through transmission inspection of metallic and composite rod, bar and tube. As standard the TSS is compliant with major technical specifications.

Solid bar or rod – up to 500mm in diameter
Tube – up to 500mm in diameter
Contoured rod, bar or tube – up to 500mm in diameter
