The CAB XENO 1 is a compact, enclosed laser marking system that delivers permanent, high-precision identification on metals, plastics and coated materials. Designed for manufacturers requiring reliable traceability, product identification and compliance marking, the XENO 1 creates durable markings without mechanical force or direct contact, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Supplied as a complete, ready-to-use solution, the XENO 1 is quick to install and easy to operate. Simply unpack the system, install the software, connect to your workstation and begin marking. The intuitive WYSIWYG software enables users to create text, logos, serial numbers, barcodes, QR codes and variable data with ease, while integration capabilities allow seamless connection to existing production systems.

Its compact footprint makes the XENO 1 ideal for environments where workspace is limited. The motor-driven Z-axis provides up to 200mm of height adjustment, allowing a variety of component sizes to be marked accurately. For curved or uneven surfaces, the intelligent scan head automatically follows contours to maintain consistent marking quality. Depending on the chosen lens, marking fields of up to 180 x 180mm can be achieved.

Unlike labels, ink-based printing or traditional engraving methods, laser markings produced by the XENO 1 are permanent and resistant to heat, UV exposure, chemicals, acids, alkalis and abrasion. This ensures that critical product information remains legible throughout the lifetime of the product, even in demanding industrial environments.
