Shell Scheme Name Panel Form

Please complete and submit no later than 13th August 2025.

We wish to have the following details appear on our name panel:
Name to be a maximum of 40 Characters and spaces

Notes:

  1. In all cases, standard upper and lower case lettering will be used
  2. In all cases, abbreviations will be used (ie: Limited = Ltd / Company = Co / Brothers = Bros)
  3. Please indicate special additions eg; è, õ, ñ, etc.
  4. If the above details are not submitted by the return-by date, the company name given
    to us by the show organisers will be used
  5. A charge of £25.00 per name panel will be made for any on-site name panel alterations
