    2. Fully Automatic Wrapping Machines

      Fully Automatic Wrapping Machines

Our fully automatic machines combine efficiency with precision to streamline your packing process. Once a product is placed at one end of the line, the advanced sensing technology detects it, feeds it through, wraps it , and then dispenses it, fully packaged and ready to be dispatched. Particularly suitable for uniform products and high production volumes, these machines significantly reduce the need for human involvement, offering a hands-free, high-speed packaging solution. By investing in one of our fully automatic machines you will benefit from unparalleled efficiency, accuracy, and a bespoke system tailored to your unique requirements.

    3. Graflex®

      Graflex®

TBA has developed patented finishes which significantly improve the performance of the textile substrate and its suitability for particular applications. Flexibility, Graflex® the addition of graphite and silicone emulsion to standard textured Fortaglas products allow the constituent glass filaments to slide freely over one another, greatly improving flexibility at elevated temperatures. Wear Resistance, Graflex® improves scuff and abrasion resistance. Chemical Resistance, Graflex® resists most acids, alkalis, solvents and other corrosive liquids and gases. Heat Resistance, Graflex® will resist continuous temperatures of up to 600°C and short term surges of up to 1000°C. When flexibility is of secondary importance Graflex® is recommended without the addition of silicone emulsion to maximise temperature resistance.
