Levelling and Destressing Machine
At Wrightform, our industrial metal levelling service doesn’t just make parts look flat — it removes internal stresses, producing stable, predictable material that performs properly in every downstream process. Using one of the only large-format ARKU levelling machines in the UK, we help manufacturers eliminate distortion after laser cutting and restore material stability before welding, bending, forming or machining.

Life Cycle Assessment
LCA analyses environmental impacts across the full supply chain of a product or service, from raw material extraction through to end of life. Done well, it identifies where in the supply chain the damage occurs and what can be done about it, not just whether something is environmentally damaging overall.

Mag Melt "C" Crucible Furnace
Mag Melt "C" furnace bodies are crucible furnaces designed primarily for smaller non-ferrous requirements. Available from 5kg - 400kg the Mag Melt "C" offer fast efficient melting for smaller casting requirements with the freedom to change material grade and crucible easily. They are an efficient, ergonomic design and manufactured using a rolled steel body that is fully shunted to meet the current magnetic field emission regulations.

Mag Melt Semi Automated Rollover Furnaces
Mag-Melt Semi Automated rollover furnaces available from 5kgs to 100kgs capacity. Offering PLC control desk with programmable rollover speeds for consistent melting practice. They have a servo motor driven gearbox for a completely smooth rollover function and an adjustable pneumatic clamping system with adjustable pressure for securing moulds in place. They offer full magnetic screening like all of the Mag Melt range, together with an integrated spill pit to allow for floor mounting. Interlocks are built in to the PLC control for added operator but the system can also be offered with an interlocked steel cabinet for extra safety measures. Other options include lip fume extraction ring and an inert gas cover.

Mag-Melt Tilting Furnace Body
Mag-Melt tilting induction furnace bodies are offered as a standard design or as a flush mount platform variant between 25kgs and 8,000kgs. Constructed using a robust rolled steel shell, they are fully shunted to offer maximum efficiency and meet magnetic field emission regulations. Supplied with a low resistance copper coil designed specifically for the furnace load. the furnaces also offer earth leakage protection, a cool to touch exterior shell and a rear foot guard as standard. Optional extras that can be added for specific casting practices include lip fume extraction, inert gas cover, load cells, hydraulic swing lids, and pre-tilt accurate pouring systems.

MAGNATEST and TCL - Crack and structure testing
Automatic hardness and structure testing of metallic components The MAGNATEST product family is used for the non-destructive testing of metallic materials for magnetic and/or electrical properties. The test instruments are used in the automotive and aviation sectors as well as in the production of semi-finished products. The focus is on testing components relevant to safety such as brake discs, or ball pins and functional components such as camshafts and drive shafts, pivots and piston pins. Typical test tasks include hardness checks, material differentiation and sorting. MAGNATEST can also be used for the automatic testing for the geometric properties of all metallic series components. The high-performance amplifier installed in MAGNATEST test instruments makes it possible to analyze harmonics, which guarantees an extremely reliable and precise repetition, even when impacted by perturbations. The MAGNATEST TCL is designed as a low-cost entry level model. The MAGNATEST D features sophisticated evaluation electronic equipment which shows even the smallest differences in structure. The various MAGNATEST test instruments are also provided with a comprehensive range of standard testing coils with round and rectangular cross sections, as well as standard testing probes.
