Ceramic Alumina Flap Discs
At Joysun, we utilize an innovative method in producing our industrial grade of Ceramic Alumina flap discs. They are constructed by using a specially designed ceramic alumina grains bonded to a flexible ply-cotton backing cloth. The ceramic alumina grains can provide a self-sharpening action during operation. Joysun Ceramic Alumina flap discs can deliver an aggressive stock removal with the exceptional extended product service life. These flap discs are compatible with high powered angle grinders operated at a steep working angle for typical grinding operations. The ceramic alumina flap discs are utilized for stock removal, edge grinding, seam weld blending, de-burring and surface finishing. They can be used on chromium steels, CrNi steels, high alloyed steel, cat iron, nickel-based alloys, titanium alloys, non-ferrous metals and even high carbide steels.

CERAMIC CUTTING DISCS
The new and special GLOBE CERAMIC POWER cutting disc has been specifically designed to perform many and ultra-fast cuts, maintaining an excellent and constant cutting quality and a minimum overheating of the metal (less burrs and less pitting). Ideal for all steels (including stainless steel) thanks to the new high-performance binder and the reinforced structure for heavy-duty works, it allows high productivity and at the same time a reduction of working costs.

CERAMIC GRINDING DISCS
The new and special CERAMIC POWER disc was specifically conceived for the removal of welding seams, heavy grinding, removal of residues, edge grinding, chamfering and grinding of steel (including stainless steel). The special new generation mixture, the special combination of ceramic grains and the regular wear of the disc allow to carry out in a very short time unparalleled and uniform removal with minimum heat development and without burns. COLDSTEEL Razorflap Special flap disc
Completely new and patented high-performance flap disc guarantees metal removal rates that were previously not achievable with commercially available flap discs. The COLDSTEEL® RazorFlap® was specially developed for the heavy-duty area , such as in shipyard and shipbuilding, metal, structural and civil engineering Etc.; where it is a matter of processing or carrying out large welds, chamfers, deburring and much more at record speed. This ingenious new development is an ingenious combination of flap disc and ceramic fiber disc , which combines durability and grinding performance of both systems. Increases in stock removal of 30 to 40%, e.g. B. compared to ceramic flap discs are achieved on average. The flat arrangement of the lamellas and the wide contact surface enable a high grinding speed on all metals, that were previously only known from cubic ceramic fiber discs . Similar to a flap disc, the lamellas are completely used up at the edge of the lamellas and provide fresh grain. These repolishing properties of the carrier fabric result in significantly lower roughness on the surface of the workpiece achieved. This means that post-processing with follow-on tools can often be dispensed with. The COLDSTEEL® RazorFlap® has been launched with a new generation microcrystalline ceramic grain which, in addition to its particularly cooling properties , maintains its high grinding sharpness over the entire service life . The new discs have a glass fiber-free natural fiber compound carrier plate with M14 thread and can be changed in a flash without tools. Especially when it comes to reducing metal mass quickly, saves the COLDSTEEL® RazorFlap® enormously cost-intensive working time!
