Omegatech® SA600+ Semi-Auto Wrapping Machine

High duty semi-automatic wrapping machine for long, narrow products, delivering consistent, efficient wrapping.

The Omegatech® SA600+ Semi‑Automatic Wrapping Machine is built for dependable, day‑to‑day wrapping of narrow and mid‑sized products up to 570mm in diameter. The operator attaches the film at the start of the cycle, and the product is guided through the ring to achieve smooth, controlled wrapping with minimal labour and time. Product length is effectively unlimited with infeed and outfeed conveyor sections set to suit.

The Omegatech® SA600+ is ideal for products such as metal profiles, panel products, extrusions and smaller fabricated components, providing consistent wrapping for handling, storage and transport. It is equally suitable for long products and short items (including bundles), and can wrap rolled, circular and irregular shapes—for example, alloy wheels and metal coils can be placed in the ring, rotated and wrapped effectively.

Where extra surface protection is required, you can opt for additional in-line configurations where bubble, corrugated or foam are dispensed prior to stretch wrap application.

As part of the SA+ Series, the Omegatech® SA600+ uses twin‑reel heads to apply equal, opposing film forces that keep products centred as they pass through the ring. Balanced film application maintains consistent tension and even lay‑on throughout the cycle, supporting neat presentation and reliable wrap integrity across changing product types.

With its thick steel‑plate construction, the Omegatech® SA600+ is designed for long‑term stability and durability in industrial environments. Safety features include an ESD point to safely discharge static during operation and help minimise dust attraction on wrapped products.
