The Omegatech® FA600+ Fully Automatic Wrapping Machine is a versatile, production-ready system designed for continuous industrial wrapping and bundling of elongated products. Built for reliability and efficiency, it delivers consistent results across a wide range of materials and profiles while integrating smoothly into existing workflows.

As part of the Omegatech FA+ Series, the FA600+ provides fast, fully automated wrapping with twin-reel heads, powered conveyors, automatic cutting and precise feed-speed control to ensure centred, high-quality wraps throughout production.

Designed to handle products up to 550mm wide, with virtually unlimited length, the FA600+ is ideal for metal profiles, panel products, extrusions, smaller fabricated components and many other elongated items. The system produces secure, uniform wrapping to protect products during handling, storage and transport while helping minimise film usage.

Manufactured with heavy-duty European engineering and equipped with an ESD point to safely discharge static, it helps reduce operator shocks, limit dust attraction and protect sensitive components during high-speed wrapping.

The intuitive 7″ touchscreen offers virtually unlimited programmable cycles, allowing operators to tailor wrap settings for different product types, materials and production speeds.
