Vanta Element Handheld XRF Analyser
Fast, affordable handheld XRF for alloy identification, metal sorting and elemental analysis in seconds.
The Vanta Element handheld XRF analyser provides fast, reliable alloy identification and elemental analysis for metal recycling, manufacturing, quality control and positive material identification applications.
Designed for rapid on-site testing, the Vanta Element series can determine alloy chemistry and grade in seconds, helping operators quickly sort materials, verify incoming metals and reduce the risk of material mix-ups. Clear on-screen grade comparison and an intuitive touchscreen interface make the system straightforward to operate, even for less experienced users.
Two models are available. The Vanta Element provides cost-effective alloy identification, while the Vanta Element-S adds detection of light elements including magnesium, aluminium, silicon, sulphur and phosphorus. This makes it particularly useful where more detailed alloy differentiation is required.
Built for demanding industrial environments, the Vanta Element is IP54 rated, drop-tested to MIL-STD-810G and suitable for continuous operation from -10 °C to 45 °C. Results can be exported via USB, shared wirelessly and managed across PCs, tablets and smartphones.
For UK metals businesses looking for a portable and straightforward way to improve alloy verification, scrap sorting and materials QA/QC, the Vanta Element provides rapid results directly at the point of inspection.
