The Vanta iX in-line XRF analyser brings automated elemental analysis and alloy identification directly into the manufacturing process, providing rapid results for real-time quality control and 100% material inspection.

Designed for continuous 24/7 operation, the Vanta iX can be configured to provide pass/fail results, alloy grade identification and detailed material chemistry. This allows manufacturers to verify products as they move through production rather than relying solely on manual or sample-based testing.

For metals manufacturers, the system is particularly suited to material verification and lot or heat control for bars, billets, tubes, rods, machined components and customised metal parts. It can also support foundry feed grade control, alloy identification and coating thickness applications.

The analyser uses a silicon drift detector together with Vanta Axon Technology to deliver fast, stable and repeatable measurements across a broad range of alloy grades, including both light and heavy elements.
