SHOW POLICY ON CANVASSING

We would like to bring your attention to our policy on canvassing / suit-casing & out-boarding at UK Metals Expo.

As an organiser, it is our duty to protect the investment of our exhibitors and ensure that they can conduct business effectively. We understand the negative impact that canvassing can have on exhibitors’ ability to maximise their participation from individuals / businesses that have not paid to do so.

Prohibited canvassing activities include but are not limited to distribution of promotional material, wearing of heavily branded promotional attire and actively encouraging exhibitors and visitors to view goods and services in another location. Entry to UK Metals Expo is permitted to trade visitors on the condition that they do not attempt to canvass products or services whilst visiting the exhibition. Any visitor attempting to canvass  exhibitors or visitors will be asked to leave.
