The Omegatech® RW500 Ring Wrapping Machine is designed for efficient wrapping of round or hollow products by feeding film through the centre of the item.

The operator rotates the product in place while the wrapping ring applies a controlled, even layer of film. This process provides secure protection and a faster process and cleaner presentation than hand wrapping, while using less material than lay‑flat tubing or shrink wrapping.

Compact in footprint and simple to position into existing packing areas, the RW500 is suitable for a broad range of industries that wrap circular or internally‑open products. It is widely used for tyres, pipe coils, cable reels, wire coils, rolled materials, rings, frames and fabricated assemblies, where internal ring wrapping delivers consistent, full-coverage protection.

By rotating the product in place, operators maintain control over the wrap pattern while allowing the machine to apply the film evenly and at the correct tension. This helps improve wrapping speed, enhances load appearance and reduces the physical strain associated with manual wrapping processes.
