Benn is on a journey to explore and help solve some of the world’s most exciting challenges such as the energy transition. Currently vice president procurement at Rolls-Royce with global responsibilities including raw materials, elemental hedging and recycling, he is considered an expert in procurement, operations and supply chain. His approach to procurement with purpose includes diverse experiences such as negotiating multibillion-dollar contracts and managing some of the biggest supplier relationships in the aerospace supply chain whilst dealing with the odd acute crisis along the way.
