Dr Matthew Thomas is Chief Engineer within Component Manufacturing Technologies at The MTC having previously been UK R&D manager at one of the world’s largest Titanium manufacturers, TIMET.
With 20 years post-graduate experience in the Metals Industry his main activities at The MTC include technology strategy development, academic engagement and technical governance. Matt is a fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and President of the Birmingham Metallurgical Association.
